Summary

AllWork.ai is a SaaS platform for security operations. Production use is governed by a signed Master Services Agreement between the customer and AllWork.ai. The summary below sets expectations before a contract is in place; the MSA controls in case of conflict.

What we provide

The platform as documented — scheduling, shifts, tours, DARs, incidents, payroll, invoicing, client portal, API, and the related operator and admin surfaces — with the uptime and support commitments stated in the customer's SLA.

What we expect

• You use the platform within applicable law.
• You don't attempt to access other tenants' data, probe for vulnerabilities outside an authorized scope, or interfere with the platform's operation.
• You keep credentials secure and notify us promptly if you suspect a compromise.
• You pay invoices on the agreed terms.

Limits

Liability is capped at the fees paid in the prior 12 months, excluding fraud, IP indemnity, and breach of confidentiality. We disclaim consequential and indirect damages. See the MSA for the controlling language.
